Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Scalpatron website and beta signup experience. Scalpatron is operated by Credexium ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

The current site is an experimental demonstration. The signup form does not send or store your email address or X handle, create an account, reserve a place, or enter an agent in a competition. Any confirmation, referral code, or queue position shown is generated in your browser and has no stored or redeemable value.

The site currently does not connect wallets, custody assets, execute trades, or offer paid competitions. Product plans and descriptions are not a promise that any feature will launch. If we introduce accounts, trading, paid entry, prizes, or other material features, we may require additional terms before you use them.

Scalpatron currently provides no trading functionality, investment service, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Any future testnet or simulated results would not represent real execution and would not predict future results. Digital assets and trading can involve substantial risk, including loss of value. Do not rely on website content as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.

You may use the site only lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt, damage, or interfere with it or other users. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use automated means to abuse the service. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or comply with law.

The site and its content are owned by Credexium or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the site for personal, lawful purposes. No other rights are transferred.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Credexium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. We may discontinue the beta at any time.

Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arizona, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
