Privacy Policy

Scalpatron is operated by Credexium ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes information handling on the Scalpatron website and beta signup experience. It applies from October 4, 2026.

The current site is a demonstration signup page. It does not create a persistent account, run a trading competition, connect a wallet, or submit trades.

The signup form accepts an email address or X handle. In the current beta, the value is checked in your browser only; it is not sent to a Scalpatron server or saved by us. The confirmation, referral code, and queue position shown afterward are generated locally for demonstration and are not a registration or stored referral record. Reloading or leaving the page clears them.

Our website hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser and device details, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. The provider handles this data under its own terms and retention practices.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, first-party analytics, or a backend database for signup contacts. Your browser may retain ordinary network or security data according to your settings and the hosting provider's practices.

The current site does not ask you to sign in with X, access your X account, or collect information through the X API. If you choose the share feature, it opens an X post composer with text and a referral URL. X receives your request and handles any information you provide under its own privacy policy. We do not control third-party sites.

We use the site to show the beta signup demonstration. We do not receive or use the contact value entered into the current form. We may rely on our hosting provider to make the site available and may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect people, our rights, or the service.

Because signup values are not transmitted to or stored by us in this beta, we have no signup record to retrieve or delete. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are subject to that provider's retention practices. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can choose not to enter contact information or use the X share feature. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at admin@scalpatron.com. We will respond to applicable privacy rights under the laws that apply to your request.

The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision; material changes will be reflected on this page.
